Conrad graduated from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science in 1994 and then from the Western School of Funeral Service in Manitoba, becoming a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1995. Crystal graduated from the Western School of Funeral Service and became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1998.
Today, Conrad and his wife Margaret, with their sons Troy (who is currently enrolled in his final year at the Canadian College of Funeral Service) and Taylor, along with Crystal and her husband Dana, with their son Adam and daughter Alayna, work together to serve each family with compassion and care.
