Conrad graduated from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science in 1994 and then from the Western School of Funeral Service in Manitoba, becoming a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1995. Crystal graduated from the Western School of Funeral Service and became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 1998.
Today, Conrad and his wife Margaret, with their sons Troy and Taylor, along with Crystal and her husband Dana, with their son Adam (who is currently enrolled in the Canadian College of Funeral Service) and daughter Alayna, work together to serve each family with compassion and care.
